Hello, I’m new on PayPal. A guy wants to unlock my phone but I want to make sure that if in the worse case he turns out to be a scammer do I get the phone back from PayPal if he doesn’t unlock the phone? Thank You for answering

Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
