Hello I really need your help. I am from Canada and got a refund from China like 3 weeks ago. The money is still pending. I provided PayPal with all the informations needed like the tracking number and I says I should receive the refund in the next 1 business day. It has been more than 9 days and I still haven’t received the refund yet. I created an account on PayPal solely to receive that refund because they already exceeded their refund amount for me. The store told me to open a payment account and they will refund me the remaining. They did their part, the funds is pending with PayPal. And I am I able to get through someone of PayPal customer service. Please advise me I really need that funds right now. Thank you
