Can anyone please help. I have a payment pending to a seller which i have been told i can cancel as the sellers account has been compromised. Im told there is a cancel button next to the transaction but there is not one showing. Ive made phone calls etc but am just going round in circles. Can anyone advise please. Thanks.

1. Pending / unclaimed WITHOUT a cancel option means the email address used valid but may not be linked to a paypal account and needs to be claimed.

2. Pending / unclaimed WITH a cancel option means that email address is no longer a valid one so the funds are going nowhere and you can cancel.

If its option 1 then it 'times out' at 30 days post payment.
