I sold a dress to a girl and for some reason it’s been delayed. I know it’s going to arrive within the next few days but she’s already asked for a refund and my paypal balance says there is minus **amount she payed me**. If it’s all resolved, will I still get my money back?

As long as you have provided trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer OR the buyer cancels the dispute BEFORE paypal issue a refund then yes.
