Hey, I’ve recently cancelled my Ebay orders and received refunds from sellers, I’ve gotten emails confirming this. I’m aware that the refunds should be directly sent to my bank account but that didn’t happen yet (it’s been over 15 days), so I read online that another way is to create a PayPal account (I didn’t have one) using the same email as the one you used for Ebay, so I did that, but there is no transaction history so I didn’t receive my refunds either way, not on my card nor on PayPal, can anyone help?
