Refunds from PP

Is paypal still charging the business owner a "Refund Fee" during this Covid-19 crisis???  I have tons of refunds I have to give out.

this is the time during COVID-19 where Paypal should be again refunding the processing fees for any refunds - you are profiteering from the current global disaster

Well if you are not happy with the policy then contact them and tell them.

I have of course done that on many occasions in writing, by chat and by phone with no official response - this post is to inform the community and I am hoping if everyone makes this point to paypal they will implement this change.
