Pay Pal must be the most user UNFRIENDLY site ever. You keep going round in circles to get the information you require and if your query does not fit the right boxes you get on the roundabout again. My query should be quite simple . I had a refund made to my credit card on April 3 it is now april 13 and not in my account. I asked for information why and got a standard reply which bore no relation to the question I asked. Two questions where is my £££££££in excess of 200 and how can I speak to a real person to sort this not a frustrating ask me the right question machine.
