Refund to an EBay customer from Paypal account.

I’m trying to do a Refund to an EBay customer from my Paypal Account,I have found the details of the item that I need to refund,but I cannot locate the Issue Refund bit,Help please.

'Click' on the transaction and the refund option is at the bottom of that details page.
