Hi I recently sent an item back through JD Sports... I actually handed it back in store and they said I'd get my PayPal refund within 5 days, after it had been sent back to their distribution centre. It's now been several weeks and I haven't received anything I contacted JD Sports customer support who said they'd contact the store where I dropped it off, but they seem reluctant to give any updates and I feel they've given up on me! Is there anything I can do from the PayPal side of things? Thanks, Olly.
You may try reaching to your local PayPal support line if you could file for a Dispute Case though you have returned the item back. On the other hand, you may request the PayPal representative if it is possible for them to reach out to the merchant on your behalf to get an update on the refund.
