I want to ask how I can refund the transaction. I have problem, which is: I get spoof email, I do not know that is spoof and I enter to paypal with that email. After around one hour, I get email form paypal(not spoof) that I send 10 USD to Abderrahim. I do not send any amount of money to anyone.
Please help me to refund that amount.
And please let me know how to stop that thief. Just change paypal password, or I need to delete my credit card from my account?
