Hello, I would like to start off things by saying that I do not have a problem with PayPal but my brother does. He recieved an email from PayPal saying that he added his phone number to his PayPal account, but the problem is he does not have PayPal account associated with that email and number.
In order to assist you with your brother's concern. If he thinks that he has received a suspicious email or has been directed to a fake website, forward the said email to spoof@paypal.com and we'll investigate it for you. Kindly advise your brother that after he sends us the email, delete it from his inbox.
