Recieved an invoice for something I did not buy

Hi, I recieved an invoice from the company Urbanista AB requesting a payment of £31.00 to be payed by September 8th. I haven’t purchased anything from this website, the invoice has appeared on my account and I have sent a cancellation request and the email on the invoice is an email associated with the company. I have bought a pair of headphones off them in January of this year but that was before I had even set up a PayPal account. What should I do?

I receive a receipt for a payment €39,95 EUR to JUSTFAB SL.

but I didn't buy anything yesterday, what happen?

I'm afraid someone else uses my PayPal account for this online shopping.

As i was lost my phone recently, which I use for the payment.  but I get a new phone and change a new password for my PayPal already.

why have such things happened?

how can i security my account?
