Earlier today I phoned PayPal regarding my account, tonight I recieved a text saying my account has been on hold I clicked the link put my details in and then soon as my bank card went in it came up next page error, I've tried contacting paypal who are now closed
Are you sure the text was safe? And the link to site you clicked on is a PayPal site? You should always log on to your PayPal account first to make sure your account is really on hold. Change your password and check your device for viruses/malware/spyware, etc.
