I'm trying to request payment for a service rendered from a customer in Malaysia but I am unable to set the charged amount in Malaysian ringgit. When I set it as Singapore dollar, the customer says they are unable to use their Malaysian credit card to pay as Paypal automatically defaults their country of residence to Singapore. Any advice on this or better yet, any advice on how to reach the people at Paypal Singapore? Can't seem to find any contact details online.
