Receiving money

Can you receive money without having a bank account or credit card and are you able to just spend it online as PayPal credit

You can receive and 'sometimes' spend funds in that balance BUT at some point Paypal will ask you to add a credit card etc to act as a back up funding source and to verify that Paypal account.

When they tell me that can I just go buy a card at the store like Ralph or vons and link it on there

But as you said I can spend money on it sometimes and be able to keep the money on my account
