Receiving money not meant for me

Someone obviously misspelled their email address and I keep receiving payments not intended for me. I am refunding them but I need to make sure that I am not being charged sellers feels for these mistakes.

Paypals fees are made up of 2 parts, a % fee and a small 30 cent fixed fee.

When you refund the % fee is refunded but the small fixed fee is a service charge for processing the payment and the refund for you
