Hello! I am a freelancer from the Philippines and I have opened a personal account in PayPal as my client (from the US) wanted to pay my services through PayPal. My question is since this will be my first ever transaction, will PayPal hold the funds that will be coming in for some time before it reaches my PayPal account? If so, how many days and what are the fees involved? After that, will the funds come in real quick? Thank you!
