PayPal keeps sending to me email messages with header 'Welcome to the PayPal family! $5 reward inside!' The problem is, that the email address is ok (one of my addresses) but the name to whom this message is addressed is wrong (femail name). I have tried to login with that email address but I do not know the password, and when I try the link (forget my pw) Paypal stops the process by saying 'not able to regocnize'. I have tried to send email to paypal but there is no helpdesk email address anywhere. I will not use phone to contact due my poor english and high phonecall charges for overseas calls.
