Receiving a payment into my paypal account from a resident of Spain

Does anyone know if Paypal charge my account to receive a payment from Spain, made in euros and if so, what it will cost?  Thanks.

The money from a Spanish account will be converted to the currency that your account holds.

This is still country based answer.
