Receive money via Facebook

A friend sent me money via Facebook messenger to my PayPal account and when I hit the accept money in our messages it makes me log into PayPal and then takes me back to out message screen but the money never adds to my PayPal card

Welcome to our Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues receiving those funds. Normally you need to have a confirmed email address and Verified PayPal account to receive funds through Facebook. 

You can verify your account by either adding and confirming a bank account, or applying for and being approved for a PayPal Credit product.
