Hi all. I am new to the community. Can anyone tell me why recently (this never happened before) I am being charged a fee for the same amount for funds Im transferring...eg A recent transfer for 3 Pound 50 cents, the total charge came to 7 pounds, I am sure before there was no chrage for the transfer, so I am confused. I chose no insurance option as well. I would appreciate your help please

Can you please provide more information on the transaction? Are you sending funds to another person? What funding source are you using?
