Question about paypal fees

I want to send 1200 GBP to a seller for some car parts. According paypal 1200 pounds = 1420 euros. When be ready to send the money i cant see how much exactly money will receive the seller. Can anyone help me? Paypal will hold fees from 1200 pounds ? How much money the seller will receive?
