19.02.2019 I recieved a letter from German Post, that they habe received a package from me from USA Sendungsnummer:RX123881677DE and I have to provide a receit for this Internet Order, so that they can put customs payment on it. I sent them the receitp from PayPal, but they refused to see it as a receipt. It is an Oder from Feb 13, 2019 via PayPal Transaction ID: 98X35448LJ002980M. Did you get a receipt from the merchant shop? Say for example, if you bought your item from eBay, did you get an eBay receipt? You need to give the receipt that is from the store. Or if private seller an Invoice.
