Query regarding Call recording

Hi there, does anyone know if it is possible to have PayPal send you out a recording of previous calls you had with an agent(s) one year ago? If not, a transcript of the calls? I'm following up on a case where I know PayPal wrongly advised me on a call causing me to incur bank charges. I did speak with a manager last year but now that I know more about the ins and outs of my query I want to take it further. Thanks, Jordan
