Hi, I would like to purchase an item on a German website as it much cheaper and with free delivery, the online store accepts PayPal does this mean I would be entitled to the same buyer protection as I would receive in the UK?
Yes you would have buyer protection, but don't forget it the item is misdescribed and you win a claim, the cost to send the item back to Germany may be a lot more expensive than UK.
Read up on buyer protection and then risk assess your transaction.
