I was making a purchase from a online store using my Paypal only to realize that The cash balance of my e money virtual card (G-Cash/American express card ) that was linked to Paypal was not enough to the price of the product. So i added Cash to my card, but to my surprise i got a notification from (G-cash/American express) that my e money was already deducted via Paypal without my permission. And the worst part is that the seller didn’t receive any payment because they said that I didn’t finish my purchase. So i didn’t know where my money went.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
