A buyer brought my item and did NOT want tracking, they only wanted to pay for standard shipping, which they did. Now they have claimed item not received. I can't provide a tracking number as they didn't want it, but I can prove I lodged the item with au post, as it had to be stamped by them and I had to state what the item was and signing a declaration with my name and there's. So who's going to be the loser in this, the buyer who hasn't received there item, or the seller who has proof item was lodged and posted??
