Ok so PayPal finally let me change my password after I kept getting a can't confirm identify page .....but now it goes to a need more info and tells me I need to add a number but when I put my number in it says this number isn't registered to me....and I'm the only one that's on my contract so I know it's registered to me.. what can I do to get by this so I can access my PayPal account

May you please try to contact your mobile service provider and check with them the name you have associated with your number then cross reference it to the name exactly appears on your PayPal account.
