Can someone help why I have problem with verifying my account? I have entered 4-digit code from my billing statement but it wouldn't work. I had tried to resend the code but when I tried to enter it again it still said wrong number. I have lost $1.95 twice in order to get the code but now my credit card has been banned. Please help and thank you!

Contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
