Problem with fees

Hi all,

I was checking my fees and I do not understand what they are. I think also that, but may be I could not find, that it is no so transparent that there is not a page where one can see the percentage, you can only see the user agreement that is unreadable.

IN any case I sold through ebay an item for 85$ (shipping was free, as it was included in the price).
I was charghed 4.04 that is 0.30 + 4.4%.

Everywhere I find a fee of 2.9%, whet that percentage?

Can someone explain?

Yes it is intrenational. But I cannot find anywhere that fee is 4.4
