Hi - I understand PayPal covers the cost of return shipping for items purchased on PayPal. I can't find where to get this. I followed the instructions but it says there is a link to click on and there is not a link. Can anyone help?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
