Possible scam

Hello everybody!

I want to sell something and I got a message from an email which contains PayPal in the name saying that I have received a payment for shipping fees and the amount will be credited to my paypal account only after paying the X amount to a bitcoin machine. A strange thing is that I did not receive any notification in the PayPal application. Has anyone else encountered such a situation and how can I report this situation? Thank you in advance!

That's a scam. You have not been paid if you do not see payment in your PayPal account.

PayPal will never send an email like this with instructions such as using a third party payment processor to make a payment before receiving money.
