I recently received a email from wish.com where someone signed up with my PayPal email, and made a purchase for 2$. I have their name and address from the email, and the email says charged to “PayPal” but the transaction isn’t showing up yet. What do I do? I tried calling PayPal but was kept on hold for over a hour and a half before I gave up.
