Thank you, but I think I have written the question in a confusing way. What I meant was that we have been paid for a subscription, but are suspicious that the payee is using a false name and address. As we are a professional membership body, it is important to be able to verify the payee's credentials. Is there any way of checking if their account name with Pay Pal is genuine or false.
