Possible buyer scam??? Please help

I am trying to sell an item, the buyer requested I do an invoice so I sent the invoice and after sending the invoice I received 3 emails stating I have to send the tracking number after I ship the item before I am paid. The emails when I hit reply to is this account: order_tracking this is not a PayPal account and I am thinking it is a scam can you clarify the process from start to finish for a seller using invoices on how to receive my payment.

This is a scam.

Emails from PayPal will always address you by your first and last names or business name. If you're ever unsure of an email, don't click any links in the email. Go to the website directly and log in to see if you have any notices or transactions. If you don't see any transactions, its safe to say that you didn't receive any payments.
