If you pay for things with Goods and Services, is there a way to denote you received the item without incident or to leave positive feedback. Is that expected b or usually done?
The seller can mark the item as shipped in the PayPal transaction details, and that should open up the capability for you to go into the transaction details on your side, and acknowledge receipt of the item.
