Didn't the CFPB suggest that contracts (and, I assume, their addenda) be written in easy-to-understand language? All the latest policy updates say is that there are changes, and some things, like Paypal cash and digital micropayments, are changed or dropped. But nothing on what those things are or how they are changed. Not even a link -- much less a link with changes marked. Hasn't Paypal heard of HTML?
