I received a message that my account was temporarily billed on PayPal due to a card ending in 77 but I do not have any card in my account but I have no card at all I do not know what to do???
If you logged onto your PayPal account and there is no recent activity regarding this transaction or issues, please forward the email to spoof@paypal.com
