All I have read is that if you buy from ebay Pitney Bowes charges you for shipping. I did not buy from ebay. I bought an item directly from sellers website and paid taxes and shipping making the whole thing double in price anyway I log in and see an 87.60 pending fee from a company I've never heard of - what on earth can this be?!

Is it an international transaction?
If so then Pitney Bowes takes any government customs taxes from you before you get your item, unlike the old days when the postie would collect it on delivery.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
