Phone number verify

Okay, so I'm trying to send my mother in law money and i changed my phone number to my new number and its saying it cant verify that its me? I don't get it, Like all i wanna do is send this money but it wont let me. Please i need answers.

yes i did it sent a code to my phone, when i go and send money it says theres no phone number? so im confused.
