Phone number and log in

I cannot log in because system sends me a notification to my old phone number.

In order to change phone number I have to go to Settings, but I need to log in.

How can I log in again?

I would like to send an email to support, but at the moment because of virus it's not possible.

Furthermore, Facebook support is not available.

I need to solve this matter.

Yes, it is impossible to log in because the phone number no longer exists.

It is impossible to change the phone number without logging in.
