Phishing text?

I had this text message tonight : ALERT: Unusual sign in attempt to your PayPal was made from Bristol on 9th AUG at 8:38 PM if this was not you immediately visit <removed> to regain full access to your account. Has anyone else had one? Is it legitimate?

I had exactly the same message and thought I would google it so here I am! Seems suspicious

I got the same text, wording the same but also exactly the same date and time! Quite a coincidence. I hope Paypal will reply to confirm.

The number who sent it was <removed>. My phone also alerted it as spam.

It's a scam so please don't be silly by clicking the link just forward the txt message to 7726 and report it that way it gets attention and stops people for falling for it.
