I received an invoice from the WHO, but I have never agreed to donating any money to them. I think it’s phishing... How can I get it taken off of my account? I will never give them money this way, especially now that they sent me a “bill” for something I never agreed to!
Many of us have the same problem. Paypal is silent, I haven't found a way to get it off my account. I've called a dozen times, seems Paypal staff are not working according to the message I received.
I have had this exact thing happen to me tonight. I googled what to do I think I clicked on to the invoice and managed to cancel it. To be honest I was in a bit of a panic over it.
