Phishing attempt via text

Just received this text this morning. I have checked my account and the claimed money is not shown on the statement, therefore I can only assume this is a phishing attempt.

Who should I be in contact with to let Paypal know?

If you clicked any links in the text you should change your PayPal password and check your account for any unauthorized transactions. 

Here is a PayPal link with details on fake text messages and the PayPal address you can forward the text to so PayPal can take down the fake website.
