Received an email that looks legit, but I've never received anything like it before....and I think it's weird that PayPal would want confirmation of my info to keep money in an account that I've had for 10 years (the account, not the money).
the from email address is: <removed>
the reply-to email address is:
"<removed>" <<removed>>
the email is an image and has active links and wants me to "Confirm your info to keep money in your PayPal balance"
is this legit?
Thanks!

I just received the same email. It looks legitimate but I hesitate to give my social security number to anyone including PayPal.
