Phishing? Do not recognize this log on to my account

I received the message. We noticed a new login with your PayPal account xxx from a device we don't recognize.

Here is the device  it gave...   "FireFox OS X"

I went ahead and changed my password,  but this is the second time I received this warning.  Is this legitimate because details are very vague?

This email is not from PayPal. We do not send out these kinds of emails. 

Have look in the next link on how you can recognize emails from PayPal.
