I originally set up this account when I lived in england. I emigrated to australia shortly after and have never used this account until last week. I have been unable to amend my address both billing and postal to my australian address. I bought an item last week and on the order form my new address was definitely shown as the billing address and postal address so hopefully it gets delivered here. Do I have to shut down this paypal and open up a brand new one as I see no other way to change all my personal details?
