I made a purchase last week from Microsoft Canada for a new tablet and accessories and used Paypal as an added protection for me. The transaction was completed in 3 parts because as accessories got shipped and then the tablet I got charged for them. No problem. As of this morning all the the money for the total amount has been taken out of my account. My problem is, is there is $3500 ON HOLD in PENDING transactions in my bank account that NO ONE can see but me. I have contacted my back and they can't do anything except wait for them to fall off when the transactions aren't actually completed. I've called Microsoft and they don't actually SEE any transactions except the ones for the payments I have actually made. How to I get these hold lifted?!?!? I can't buy groceries for my family right now because Paypal has so much money on hold from my account! Someone please please help!
