Pending payment help

Sent payment from direct debit to PayPal email. This was goods and services and seven days on still waiting for it to clear. Any ideas?

Sounds like an echeque? Is it pending on BOTH paypal accounts with a clearance date, if so then............ 

Reasons for a payment being sent as an echeque are...

1. Card needs updating.
2. Recent neg balance.
3. Recent failed bank transfer.
4. High cost payment.
5. High risk transaction.
6. Some friends / family payments.

Clearance date is an estimate dependent on your banks clearance times.
