Paypay refund from seller

Hi there,
Recently I've opened a dispute to a seller but the seller say that he have 0 balance in his account so he can't refund me and told me to mark the case as resolve what should i do?

You would escalate the case to a claim so PayPal can step in and give you your funds back.

I did call paypal they escalate the claim but it takes up to 10 days , now seller is threatening me as they have my address
